What Talon Does
Talon is a habit-building app that generates personalized actions to help build momentum toward your goals. You share what you're working toward, and Talon delivers one action at a time designed to build consistency.
Age Requirement
Talon is intended for users 13 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent before using the app.
How Your Data Is Used
When you create a goal, Talon collects the following information you provide: your name, goal category, target description, current situation, experience level, and time availability.
As you complete actions, your check-in answers and reflections are recorded. Your progress is summarized into a rolling narrative that helps Talon generate increasingly relevant actions.
AI-Powered Actions
Talon uses Anthropic's Claude, a large language model, to generate personalized actions, check-in questions, and progress summaries.
When an action is generated, the following data is sent to Anthropic's API for processing: your goal data, check-in answers, reflections, and rolling progress summary. Anthropic acts as a sub-processor and processes this data solely to generate your response. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models. No raw action history is sent — only a condensed summary of your progress.

What Talon Stores
Your account information, goal data, action history, streak data, and progress summaries are stored securely on cloud servers and are never accessible to third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.
What Talon Does Not Do
Talon does not sell your data. Talon does not share your data with advertisers. Your data is not used for any purpose other than powering your Talon experience.
Talon does not collect location data, contacts, or any information beyond what you directly provide in the app.
Your Control
Any goal can be deleted at any time. Your account can be deleted through the Settings page, which permanently removes all associated data.

Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact support@talonapp.co immediately.
Acceptable Use
Talon is for personal habit-building use only. Goal text and any content you submit must not contain harmful, discriminatory, or illegal material.
Attempting to use Talon's AI system to generate harmful or inappropriate content may result in account suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property
The Talon app, its design, branding, and all associated content are owned by Talon's developers and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Personal information and goal text you provide remain yours. By using Talon, you grant a limited license to use that information solely to generate your in-app experience.
Health & Safety Disclaimer
Talon is not a medical, financial, legal, or therapeutic service. Actions generated by Talon are general habit-building suggestions and should not replace professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for health, financial, or legal decisions.
Availability
Talon is provided as-is. Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time. Talon is not liable for any outcomes resulting from actions you choose to take based on its suggestions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of Talon will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
